Roland Reynolds is responsible for sourcing and evaluating primary commitments and early secondary and is also actively involved in fundraising and maintaining limited partner relationships. He is on the investment committee for the Industry Ventures Partnership Holdings funds. Roland has eighteen years of experience, including eleven years in venture capital. Previously, he was the founder and managing partner of Little Hawk Capital Management LLC which was acquired by Industry Ventures. He also spent five years as a Principal with Columbia Capital, a leading communications and information technology venture capital firm with $2.0 billion under management. Earlier in his career, Roland was an investment banker for four years with JP Morgan & Co. in New York.

Roland represents Industry Ventures on the Advisory Board of Kearny Venture Partners and is an observer on the Limited Partner Advisory Board of IA Ventures. He graduated from Princeton University with high honors and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
