Victor is a Venture Partner with Industry Ventures, and focuses his efforts on originating secondary direct opportunities in venture backed technology companies.  Victor is the founder and Managing Partner of Agile Capital Partners, where he has focused on opportunistic investments in growing e-commerce companies, provided active Board member and interim Management services, and successfully completed exits on investments in StepUp Commerce (sold to Intuit) and Simple Star (sold to Sonic Solutions). Prior to founding Agile Capital Partners, Victor was an early, pre-IPO member of Internet Capital Group (ICG), where he served as a Managing Director, Acquisitions based in San Francisco, before being asked to build out ICG’s Greater China operations as CEO and Vice Chairman of ICG Asia, based in Hong Kong.  Victor began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs where he helped build its Internet investment banking business by leading the IPOs for eBay, GeoCities and Yahoo!.

Victor currently holds board or advisory board seats with Designer Apparel Commerce and Nexxo Financial, and has previously held board or advisory board seats with StepUp Commerce, Simple Star, Centrimed (sold to GHEX), ICG Asia and the Stanford Graduate School of Business Management Board.

Victor received his BA from Stanford University and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller scholar.
