Co-Founder, New Enterprise Associates

Frank is a co-founder and retired general partner of New Enterprise Associates (NEA), a $8.5 billion premier venture capital firm. During his tenure at NEA, Frank led investments and sat on the board of a number of successful life-sciences companies. Frank currently serves as a Director of Red Abbey Ventures, a life-sciences focused venture capital fund. Frank is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Johns Hopkins Hospital and a member of the Johns Hopkins Hospital Endowment Board. Prior to co-founding NEA in 1978, Frank was a General Partner of Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc. Frank received a BA in Economics from Princeton University in 1959.
