Prior to joining Industry Ventures, Tian was an Analyst in the legacy Greenspring team at the StepStone Group where she managed potential and existing fund and direct investments and focused on assisting with healthcare funds and companies.

Tian holds a B.S. in Biology from Georgetown University.
