Biography

Samit focuses on originating and valuing investments in venture-backed companies as well as LP and GP stakes in venture capital funds for the Industry Ventures Secondary team.

Prior to Industry Ventures, Samit executed M&A and capital raises within the technology investment banking group at DC Advisory.

Samit holds an MA from Columbia University and a BS in Mathematics from The University of Michigan, along with a BBA from the University’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
